To concur with 2908, research and teaching matter most to the department. However, depending on the LAC, you will interview with the provost/dean/president. Their ears would probably perk up if you mentioned the fundraising as an added bonus to your contributions as a researcher and teacher. At my LAC, candidates meet with both the president and provost, and they have some input into the offer process, so winning them over is only going to help your probability of an offer.
In general, know your audience and play up what they want to hear in addition to the usual selling points. I think people who have done their homework about a school really win over people. Don't be a generic candidate. They are looking for someone who looks/sounds/acts like a good fit.
